Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

• "Platform"
  Refers to the b7999 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at b7999.ws.
• "Player" / "User"
  Any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses its services, including betting and casino gaming.
• "Account Balance"
  The current BDT value of funds held in a Player's b7999 account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus"
  Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by b7999, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement"
  The total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on b7999, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.

• You must have only one active account on b7999. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of b7999, Players must complete registration and, where required, identity verification (KYC). b7999 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its player base and preventing fraudulent registrations.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• b7999 may request KYC documentation at any time, including a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification, to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. b7999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to keep credentials secure.
• Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account. b7999 may merge or close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with secondary accounts.
• Players must promptly notify b7999 support at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to or unusual activity on their account.

b7999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions or is engaging in fraudulent activity. In such cases, b7999 may withhold any funds pending investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals

b7999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that any payment method used is registered in their own name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. b7999 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• Deposits are credited to a Player's account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. b7999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by b7999 support. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• b7999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement. Only real-money funds and bonus funds that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• b7999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay provider are outside b7999's control and are the Player's responsibility.

b7999 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to a Player's account balance if it has reason to believe the withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or a system error that produced an incorrect balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

b7999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out in each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions below. Bonuses are offered at b7999's sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

• A welcome bonus is available to new Players upon making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• b7999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or through abuse of a promotion.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on b7999 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Players are advised to review the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by b7999, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player unless explicitly permitted by the Platform for a specific market.
• b7999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was accepted, or where b7999 has reason to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a live bet or casino game session, b7999 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the outcome fairly. b7999's determination in such cases is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply per sport, market, and event. b7999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any selection without prior notice.
• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is accepted by b7999's system.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b7999 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and legal action where appropriate.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of technical errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your b7999 account, or sharing login credentials with any other individual.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b7999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even where b7999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b7999 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability. b7999 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance periods to registered Players where practicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the b7999 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of b7999 or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of b7999 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

b7999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on b7999, Players consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the b7999 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution body as determined by b7999. b7999 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair play and SSL encryption of all Player data.
